CareComplete app for iPhone and iPad

The CareComplete App supports you to better track, understand and manage your health.

Your health tracker allows you to track and manage symptoms and lifestyle actions to see how what you do impacts your health. You’ll receive evidence-based notifications and information to help you better manage your conditions, which are based on the information you enter. You’ll also receive encouragement when you’re doing well, and a friendly nudge if you’d like a reminder.

Your to-do list allows you to record and receive reminders for health-related activities such as taking medicines and attending appointments.

Your health insights make it easy to see how you’re tracking over time with different aspects of your health. You can also share your health insights with members of your care team through the Share function.

The CareComplete App can share data with the Health App on your iPhone for selected items: blood glucose, weight, blood pressure and exercise minutes. This is an optional feature that you can turn on or off.

The CareComplete App supports you to manage chronic conditions and improve your overall wellbeing.
